Guests can check in from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out is scheduled for 10:00 AM. As we operate with limited cottage availability, these timelines help us ensure a smooth experience for every guest.

If you’re planning to arrive early—especially late at night or in the early morning—we suggest reserving the cottage from the previous night to guarantee immediate access. In cases where the outgoing guest has not yet checked out, a short waiting period may be required while we prepare your cottage.

Children Policy:

Infants (0–4 years): Infants up to 4 years can stay at no additional cost when sharing the existing bed with parents. This is valid for one infant per cottage; extra infants will attract an additional fee.
Children (4–12 years): A supplementary charge applies for children in this age group. If you’re travelling with more than one child, we suggest booking an extra cottage for added comfort. Adjacent cottages can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
Guests 12 years & above: Anyone aged 12 and above will be considered an adult, and standard adult charges will apply.

Parking Policy:

We offer secure, shared parking outside the reception area. Parking is at your own risk. Our bellboy will assist with luggage from the parking area to the resort. Parking at owner’s risk.
